Anxiety sucks! Sucks, sucks, sucks, suck.

There’s no other way to put it. If you suffer with anxiety, then you know how horrible it is. You know how debilitating it can be. You probably also know it’s not easy to overcome, but overcome it you can.

At Go Change we get how tough living with anxiety is. We’ve been there. We’ve all experienced anxiety at one point, and I don’t mean a little worry, I mean ‘I have to get the hell out of here or I think I’m going to die‘, kind of anxiety. We thought it sucked for us then, so we know it sucks for you too.

Overcoming anxiety is (for most people) a slow(ish) process and it sure helps to not have to do it on your own.

One of the things we believe makes overcoming anxiety a quicker process with us, is because we are with you all week. You’re in contact with us everyday by text and email and we can even FaceTime in those difficult moments to help you face a fear or to help calm you down.

If you’ve had traditional therapy/coaching before, then you know that going to therapy once a week makes overcoming anxiety a looooong, slow process. And in that slow process, you are suffering more than you probably need to.

Now, we’re not saying that overcoming anxiety is going to be easier with us, actually it might be harder in many ways because everyday we will be working and guiding you to challenge yourself, so you’re less able to dodge your homework when we’re on your case everyday! But we do believe that having us guide you daily, will make the process manageable.
