I doubt we have to say much on this page because if you suffer with depression, you know you don’t want to read too much. All you want is to feel like your old self again. We get it. We really, really, do.

Let’s not beat around the bush. If you’re depressed you need support, you need support daily, because depression isn’t an hour a week kinda deal.

To move on from depression, you need three things: a desire to change, the support to do that, and time.

Moving on from depression is one of the hardest things to do, because the thing you really need working to help you change i.e. your brain, is the one thing that isn’t working terribly well right now.

Let us support you to put one foot in front of the other. You can even get support from us when you’re lying in bed hiding from the world. We don’t even care if you haven’t changed your PJ’s for a week because we know, somedays you just don’t want to face the world.

However, we also know that that’s not OK to do over an over again because that will only increase your depression, so the fact we’re in contact with you everyday will make it harder for you to hide – and that is actually a good thing.
